  • When is my 1on1 private class?

    You can pick what date and what time you would like to have your class every month. You can even pick your teacher (subject to availability). You can always reschedule just make sure to do it at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Is there another time for the Live Classes?

    Don't worry, you can always watch the replay of our Live Classes. Do you have a specific time you would like the Live Class? Send us a message or vote in your class Community page and we will open up new classes based on demand.

  • What level do I need to be?

    The Standard Bundle is best for learners from high A1 to B1 levels. Not sure what your level is? Take our free English test.

  • What if I miss a class?

    No problem! You’ll get access to a full class recording to review anytime.

  • How many students are in each group?

    Right now there is not limit because we want to keep the schedule flexible for everyone around the world. We do like to keep classes small. As more students join we will open more classes. I would love everyone to get a chance to speak, so please turn your video and microphones on and ask questions!!! Sadly many just listen, and that's ok too :)

  • Can I cancel anytime?
