  • How do I choose my classes?

    During the assessment we will check your language level and interests. We will create a unique Training Plan only for you.
    You are free to change this training plan anytime you want depending on what is going on in your life and work.

  • What can we work on in a private class?

    Anything you need. Speaking, writing, pronunciation, business writing, interview prep, or everyday conversation. We give you a custom lesson plan but we are free to change and adjust as needed.

  • How often and how long are the classes?

    Typically classes are 1 hour or 90 minutes per week. We work with your schedule. Don't be afraid to reschedule. Please try and give us 24 hours notice.

  • Can I cancel any time?

    Yes, Semesters are usually 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months long. Postpone or reschedule classes when needed. See staff for more details.

  • I don't know which course to choose.

    No problem! Take our short English test and we’ll recommend the best course based on your current level. It’s free, fast, and gives you a full report. Or you can schedule an assessment to talk to us. That is also free.

  • Why should I choose a 1-on-1 class?

    It really depends on your needs. 1on1 classes give you more support and focus entire only our needs. We have expert teachers that can help you as well as a personalized lesson plan, flexible scheduling, and more. You can try a demo and we can give you more feedback on what's best for you.

  • Can I choose my teacher?

    Yes. We will match you with a perfect teacher after your assessment based on your goals and needs. If you have any issues you can change teacher anytime you want.

  • How do I take my class?

    Classes are scheduled regularly and held in our office or via Microsoft Teams.
    Log in and check your Class Page for the Class Link or check your E-mail. You will automatically receive a reminder.

  • Can I take my class on my phone or computer?

    Yes. Please download Microsoft Teams for your iPhone or Android phone. For your computer you only need to open the link via your Web Browser.
